Wish I could ditch it and use the stability ball instead. My lower back pain is getting better though, but not completely gone yet. It all comes down to what mentally motivates you more, restarting will make things easier (if that positive reienforcement works do that) but keep going will be a challenge (and if challengines motivate you, you should choose that).<br /><br />Either way, as long as you keep doing them, you'll get your goal. Round Two is done and I started Insanity yesterday.<br /><br />The Fit Test alone was harder than P90X Plyometrics. The main difference so far seems to be the speed (You jump really fast from move to move), and the jumping(You are airborne for most of the working). <br /><br />I love it so far. I drop out around 15 to 20 push ups, then to as many as I can on my knees until the clock runs out.<br /><br />Your garmin is a cool little gadget. I had to postpone running to make sure that I am not injured for the start of Insanity.
