This workout is fun if I can do most of the stuff properly. But despite that, I still dripped in sweat. I had to keep my jump relatively light to prevent putting too much stress on my not-quite-healed-right-foot. Tomorrow supposedly Kenpo, might want to do that one too. I haven't done Kenpo ever since I started Round 2. We'll see how it goes.

What kind of pain are you feeling in your foot? Is it on the top, bottom, heel, toe, ankle?
One of the worst foot pains I've experienced is directly in the center-bottom of my foot. I believe it was a mild case of Tarsal Tunnel. It was a long time ago, I can't remember if it was during my highschool running escapades... but here's a good website that might help you diagnose/treat your tender tootsies:
