For some reason my left wrist feels hurt. Maybe I twisted a bit yesterday with CST. Glad today was leg workout so gave my left wrist a rest. I did 8 min Core Ab twice so that made it about 16 mins core-abs exercises. Unlike typical ab exercises, this workout incorporated some yoga isometric poses such as plank holds, side plank holds and side leg rises.

Keep up the hard work and don't get discouraged if you can't keep up with Tony and the gang. Tony says, "I didn't look like this 25 years ago."
If he has been working out everyday for 25 years, we have a ways to go before we can even come close to his numbers. I drop out around 15 to 20 push ups, then to as many as I can on my knees until the clock runs out.
Your garmin is a cool little gadget. I had to postpone running to make sure that I am not injured for the start of Insanity. It's less than two weeks away!
I have been checking in on your blog, but haven't had time to comment lately. Sorry, but I am still reading. Life is a little crazy this month.
