Mondays & Wednesdays: Active Rest Days (30 mins light workout)
Jane Fonda Butt Workout
10-12 minute Light Cardio Workout (Zuzka Light short workout)
Abs & Core

Tuesdays & Thursdays: Weight Lifting
Tuesdays: Glutes & Legs
Thursdays: Chest & Back

Fridays & Sundays: Kettlebell Workout (circuit or AMRAP style)
Sundays: If no Kettlebell workout, then another Weight Lifting Upper Body + Arms
