Round 2: Day 25 - Kenpo X

Wow felt pretty good doing Kenpo again. Got good sweat, decent workout and didn't tire me out. I always lost my balance whenever I did back kick. Not much to write today.

Time to add 2lb hand weights?

It makes the first 15minutes really tough. Jab, Jab-Cross, Jab-Cross-Hook, Jab-Cross-Hook-Uppercut... exhausted.

Or if you're cheap like me, grab 2 cans of soup/peas (but make sure they are the same).

I'll try that. In fact, the punching series still make me sore the next day, especially my back and my core.
