Food food!!

Breakfast:
1 cup plain soy milk with 1 tsp cocoa powder and 1/2 tsp sugar
2 slices whole wheat bread with Peanut butter - gotta watch out for the portion..still didn't do it :( can't help it. I like it too much LOL...especially the super chunky one.
2-3 wheat crackers
dried apricots

Lunch:
White rice mixed with lentils and mixed frozen vegetables
Steamed broccoli
Vegetable soup (tomatoes, bok choy, tofu)
1 large apple

Afternoon snack:
Mixed dried fruits (apricots, cranberries, raisins) and maybe some wheat crackers

Dinner:
some chicken - haven't decided yet
veggies
