Small meals here and there and it's not as simple as I thought
Breakfast:
A glass of almond milk with cocoa powder & flaxseed meal
2 slices of whole wheat toast w/ PB
1 slice of layered cake that my mom made
1/2 Kashi® GoLean® Protein & Fiber bar (Chocolate Almond Toffee) - didn't have it - I was stuffed
