Good sweat, good workout, even though I had a little hard time to drag myself out from the bed this morning. I didn't do the Squat X press because my concern on my knees that will act up later on. "Safety first, boys and girls" as Tony always says.
Can't believe this is my last week of the workout and next week will be recovery week and I'll be DONE with Lean phase!

Way to go on your progress! It is nice to have someone finishing up around the same time.
I haven't had a lot of time to visit blogs this week, but I quickly looked back through your posts. According to fitday.com, you should be losing weight because you are in a caloric deficit. If you are happy losing weight, then that is ok. But if you are looking for muscle, you need more protein, less carbs, and more calories. Again, you might not want more muscle, which is just fine. You looked great in your last post.
What are your plans after this first round? Just curious if I am still going to have a workout buddy. Keep up the great work.
