Now that I already sort of "mastered" jump rope exercise, it's time to tackle this workout! Lots of skipping, I'd tell ya!
Workout:
500 high knees skipping
30 leg lift, star crunch, butt lift
500 jump rope jack
25 side plank lifts (each side)
500 jump rope scissors
25 one leg bridge, leg lift, toe touch
