Part 2: 10 sec off/20 sec on for 12 rounds
Jump Squat and Sandbag Clean + Press 4-4-4-4-4-4
Jump Lunge and Front Kick 8-7-7-7-7-7
Part 3: 10 sec off/50 sec on for 3 rounds
Elevated Plank and Floor Toe Touch 30
Shoulder stand, roll and stand 12
Elevated Plank and Floor Toe Touch 28
