Bodyrock.tv: Cardio and Core

Workout breakdown:
- Scissors with Jump Rope - 75 reps
- Knee Raises (I did Leg Raises from my exercise mat) - 25 reps

Yeah slow, I know. But at least I could do scissors with jump rope and got faster towards the end :)
