After I did 300 Jump Lunges yesterday my butt and legs were SORE and EVEN MORE SORE in the evening.
Anyway here's this morning workout breakdown:
10 sec off / 50 sec for 20 rounds
1. Surfer Exercise
10-7-7-62. Round Kick and Knee Crunch (LEFT Leg) - I modified the knee crunch by lying on
the floor and did knee raises instead.
6-6-7-7
3. Round Kick and Knee Crunch (RIGHT Leg)
7-7-7-74. 1-2-3 Push Ups
10-11-11-115. Ninja Jump and Sandbag Pick Up (I used my 15 lbs backpack)
5-5-6-5
For some reason I could do Ninja Jump better in bare feet than wearing shoes. HUH?
