Complete 5 rounds of this entire circuit as fast as possible in proper forms50 freestyle skips
5 Reptile Push Up (each side)
50 freestyle skips
20 Deadlift (I used 35 lbs backpack)
50 freestyle skips
20 Laying scissors and toe touches
For freestyle skippings, I altered between regular, side to side, scissors and jump rope jack for every single one.
