1. 3 minute High Knees Skipping 360
2. 3x5 Circuit (3 sets of 5 reps) of each exercise:
Push Up
Jump Tuck
Sandbag Curls (25lbs)
Sumo Squat Pulses
Time 3:05
And 50 Burpees for the day (Day 45!) - finished in 6:31
Apparently doing 50 burpees after a workout while in empty stomach surely took quite a toll on me!
