Home Brewed Lower Body Workout and LovingFit Sharper Abs in a Month Challenge

Started off with LovingFit Sharp Abs Challenge

Then I did my own brewed Lower Body Workout:
3 Rounds:
20 Sandbag Sumo Squats (35lbs sandbag)
20 Sandbag walking lunges (35lbs sandbag)
20 sandbag deadlift (45lbs sandbag)
20 balance ball bridge lift
