Original workout: Zuzana Light
Inspired by ZWOW#1, since I already did my lower body yesterday, I took her ZWOW#1 and modified it a bit to be more upper body workout.
3 Rounds:
10 Dive bomber Push Ups
5 burpees
10 reverse body rows
5 burpees
10 Side plank lifts (each side)
5 burpees
10 chest lift
5 burpees
Time 18:20
