ZWOW #36: Push It to Max (Modified to Lower Body focused WO)

Warm up:
500 skips

Original workout: Zuzana Light

I modified ZWOW #36 to be more lower body focused so here are the breakdowns:
3 Rounds:
10 4 point hops (5 reps one direction-5 reps opposite directions)
10 4 weighted side lunges
10 3 sec hold super girl planks
10 SB slow squats
