Friday Core & Abs Short Workout
3 Rounds:
10 reps sliding in plank
10 reps elbow plank to full plank (altering sides)
20 reps side lying scissors + 10 reps toe touches (each side)
10 reps 25 lbs. sandbag sit up and stand up
20 reps triple knee ins
