My lower back pain is still around but doesn't mean I'm just sitting around and do nothing. In fact I've been doing lots of yoga! Believe it or not, yoga helps ease up the pain. Also hubby got me a fitness ball so I've been doing crunches on it. And still working on my pushups as well!!

Still have back pains? Are you starting to wonder if perhaps it's not the workouts? I know stress causes back pain and so does bad posture. Do you work in an office environment or have assignments at work due?
Another thing you might want to investigate are if there are chiropractor-reccommended stretches you can do for your lower back that might ease the pain a bit (maybe something you do early morning and late night).
yea I do work in an office environment which most of the days I just sit on the chair. Wish I could ditch it and use the stability ball instead. My lower back pain is getting better though, but not completely gone yet. I might consider seeing chiropractor if condition doesn't improve next week. Thx for the advice!
