A lower body workout version of my yesterday upper body workout.
Lower body strength training:
3 Rounds:
15 deadlifts (33lbs SB + extra weights)
15 SB sumo deep squats
15 balance ball 1 leg bridge (each leg)
15 good mornings with SB
Abs & Cardio: 40 sec off/ 1 minute on for 8 Rounds
Weighted Russian twist
Mountain Climbers
Supergirl plank
Freestyle skipping
