I decided to do this workout again since I had a short time in the morning (didn't get up early enough to do a longer workout)
Tight Jeans Booty Workout
Set a timer for 10 minutes of these:
50 reps Jumping jack (or jumping rope jack or low jack)
30 reps of crunches (side and regular)
I completed 5 sets of each.
Jumping jack: 250 reps
Crunches: 150 reps
A teeny better than last time.
