Workout schedule: Nov 20-26

It's Thanksgiving week in the US but it's no excuse for not working out! Even yet, it's the BEST time to workout as I will have day off from work so I could sleep in a bit!

My Own Workout:
2 rounds of:
1 min Double Unders (single-double-single rhythm)
20 leg raises
20 squats (with 20lbs backpack)
20 inverted body rows (aka reverse push ups) with extended legs as much as possible (or 1 bent leg)

Extras: 15 pistols (each leg)
